This privacy policy applies to the Vote Anything mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the developer as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application itself does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers. All user-generated data, such as created polls, candidate names, and voting results, are stored locally on your device and are not accessed by the developer.
However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

This Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To provide personalized advertising and analyze ad performance, Google AdMob may collect and use certain data, including:
- Advertising Identifiers: Such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS devices or the Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android devices.
- Device Information: Such as device model, operating system version, and IP address.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the ads within the Application.

You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your device's settings:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or go to Apple Advertising and disable "Personalized Ads".
- Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads, and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID".
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
